Project Overview
Companies at all stages come to Ditto to announce their funding: Anchorage Digital (series D), an advanced financial infrastructure for institutional investors; Vise AI (series B), a portfolio management platform powered by AI; Labster (series C), an award-winning producer of virtual laboratory simulations; Royal (seed), a music marketplace selling song rights; and thirdweb (series A), a developer tool provider allowing the easy building of Web3 apps, NFTs, marketplaces, DAOs and more. Each reached out to Ditto seeking to boost awareness of their company’s fundraise. These companies, by and large, did not have the visibility in the media that they wanted in order to meet their business goals. The Ditto team's challenge was to educate reporters on each company’s offerings and what set them apart, while also raising their profiles.
Approach
Ditto worked with each company by developing a fleshed out strategy complete with deep messaging, creating and distributing press releases, spearheading media relations and when applicable, providing social and digital guidance to boost the announcement’s reach. Utilizing our extensive expertise across industries, Ditto aimed to differentiate each company’s funding from its competitors and place the announcement in front of as many relevant eyes as possible to get the widest reach.
For each announcement, the team worked with the client to develop unique stories specific to each announcement swiftly and diligently to generate attention. Ditto leveraged news trends, highlighted key investors, and utilized its storytelling expertise to secure coverage in tier-1 media and appropriate trade outlets as well as industry newsletters.
After each announcement, companies could boast significant pieces of coverage and comprehensive awareness in Tier 1 and mainstream business outlets thanks to Ditto’s relentless and diligent PR strategy.
