Project Overview
Vibranium Labs builds AI agents that work as 24/7 incident engineers. They watch production systems, catch failures, and fix them, often before anyone gets paged. The company is led by founder and CEO Sang Lee, a site reliability engineer who has lived the problem he's solving. In September 2025, Vibranium announced a $4.6M seed round. Ditto was tasked with making sure the raise landed as more than a funding note: get Vibranium in front of the reporters who cover AI and infrastructure, and tie the company to a story buyers already cared about.
Aproach
Timing helped. Vibe coding was turning into a mainstream story, and engineers were openly admitting the apps it produces are going to break. Ditto built the announcement around that tension: if AI is writing more of the code, something has to keep it running. Vibranium's answer is agents, not pagers.
Ditto positioned Sang as the founder who can explain how AI-generated code breaks differently and what agent-first incident response looks like in practice.
The anchor was a Business Insider feature built around Vibranium's pitch deck, which gave readers a direct look at how the company raised and why investors backed it.
From there, Ditto took the news to funding, fintech, and startup outlets, each with an angle matched to its readers: the vibe coding failure story for Benzinga, outage prevention for PYMNTS, and the 24/7 incident engineer pitch for AlleyWatch. The raise also earned mentions in Fortune and StrictlyVC, two of the most-read sources for founders and investors.
Results
Vibranium was the subject of 9 pieces of coverage, 6 of them features. Highlights included:
Business Insider: This startup built AI agents to monitor and fix apps that break from bad vibe coding. Read the pitch deck that it used to raise $4.6 million.
Fortune: The great AI commerce startup opportunity, according to Andreessen Horowitz
PYMNTS: Vibranium Labs Raises $4.6 Million for AI-Driven Outage Prevention
AlleyWatch: Vibranium Labs Raises $4.6M to Deploy AI-Powered 24/7 Incident Engineers
StrictlyVC: Nvidia Bids Up Intel
Additional coverage appeared in Pulse 2.0, FinSMEs, and AlleyWatch's Startup Daily Funding Report.
The Business Insider feature became the center of Vibranium's public story. The team saw direct sales traction from it, and it's still the first proof point prospects find. Vibranium has since brought Ditto back for a focused program built on that foundation: a campaign around the April 2027 Opsgenie sunset that puts Sang in front of the CTOs and SRE leads deciding what replaces their pager.
