Great teams can accomplish anything. When we put our minds together, there’s nothing we can’t do or solve. And we have great teams at Ditto because we have great team members.

To be a great team members means:

Fostering this idea of great teams and great employees is a core belief at Ditto. We also believe that great teams only endure with great culture.

Culture is not just a list of values—every company will say they have a great culture and point to their values listed on a wall. The true test of culture, however, is how people operate day-to-day. It’s how people feel coming into work and leaving work every day and every week. It’s also how people respond when things aren’t going well. When there’s a situation that challenges our greatness.

People and culture have been priority number one at Ditto since the beginning—even at the expense of short term momentum and growth. Simply put, we put the well-being of our employees above all else.

Having a strong culture has to be combined with a strong work ethic and high standards. Ditto is a place where people work hard and fast and do amazing work. We are given lots of responsibility and there are high expectations. And this is possible because of trust. Team members believe in Ditto and trust that Trey has their best interests in mind.

Our culture is by no means perfect, nor are we finished improving it. It is something we are always evaluating. How can we be better tomorrow than we were today? However, we do believe that, if internalized, our culture and practices will make anyone, or any company, more successful.

Our ultimate aim is to make sure team members are constantly challenged, intellectually stimulated and learn more at Ditto than they ever have at a prior job. And while we want every person to stay at Ditto for as long as possible, our hope is that when they decide to move-on, they take what they learned here and make their next job a better place to work.
