That mantra has served me throughout my professional journey, and it has brought together the best group of talent I've ever seen at a PR firm.

From Dallas to Austin to DC to New York, the harder I worked, the more I learned, and the opportunities presented themselves to me.

On paper, my career was flourishing, but something was missing every step of the way. Each place I worked, I felt different than everyone else. And people made me feel different—almost an outsider.

What was missing? Acceptance and belonging.

All I ever really wanted was community. A group of people that accepted me for who I am, let me be myself, recognized my talents, shared my values, and supported me as I supported them.

The feeling of belonging was elusive—until today with the team we have at Ditto.

My hope is that Ditto gives each employee what every person deserves: acceptance, belonging, purpose and unwavering support to help them grow.
