What is a Values-First Approach to Conscious Work?
Every account deserves a team of PR professionals. There is an assigned leader, defined roles, organization and structure and a week-to-week, month-to-month cadence.
Senior led. There will always be a senior PR professional—in both years experience and time at Ditto—on an account.
Roles and responsibilities. Each member of an account has clearly defined roles and expectations that come with that role. They understand their role and their teammates’ roles.
Scope. Each member understands what work we have agreed to take on with a client and the amount of work we have agreed to.
Expectations. Teams clearly define internally and externally what success looks like for a client.
Planning and Preparation. A clear, well-defined approach is discussed and prepared so each member of an account understands the pathway to success.
Cadence. Accounts establish what a week-to-week and month-to-month work cadence looks like and how that will accomplish short term and mid term account goals.
Each member understands what the client’s expectations are and what success looks like.
Everyone knows their roles and responsibilities—and maintains those roles.
They understand what they need to do, how they need to do it and when it needs to be done.
They has absolute ownership of their work and know when to ask for help.
